At the end of the exit ramp go straight through the lights onto Burlington Mall Road.

At the second set of lights take a left onto South Bedford Street.

Take your third right onto Kimball Ave. (you will see the Burlington Business Center sign)

From the West:

Take I-90 / Mass Turnpike East toward Boston to exit # 14

Take I-95 N / Rt.128N towards Waltham/Gloucester and Points North / NH / Maine. (about 12 miles)

Take exit #33A, (US-3S toward Winchester)

Turn right onto Cambridge Street/US-3.

At the light take a right onto Wayside Street.

At the next light take a right onto South Bedford Street.

Take your first left onto Kimball Ave.
